Terms of Payment
To commence production we require a 100% non-refundable deposit. Your order will be confirmed when we have received your confirmation of payment.
Payment through the website can be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard).

All orders need to provide order number or email receipt to be shown for collection. Orders cannot be collected unless this information is provided.
We required urgent notification through call (02) 85421626 for cancellations if you have already place an order.
We are happy to process cancellation if not happy with our menu items. Should you be unhappy with the product received, please contact us directly on (02) 85421626 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We shall deal with all issues on a case by case basis and reserve the right to resolve accordingly.
